PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money orders and personal checks. Using a personal check does delay the shipment of your order until the check has cleared the bank. This can take around two weeks from when the check was received.

MINIMUM ORDER:

We do not have a minimum order amount. We appreciate your business whether it’s a large or a small order.

LAYAWAY

Layaway is available for any non-sale item(s) totaling $80.00 or more. To have an order put in layaway, all you do is complete the online ordering process as you normally would with one exception. In the box labeled, "Special Instructions," indicate the number of payments, (No more than 3) the amount of each payment and the dates of the payments using the terms below. We will then charge your credit card on those dates and ship your order when full payment has been received. If you prefer to send in your payments, that is fine also, but we don't begin holding your merchandise in layaway until the first payment is received. Please be advised that the item may sell out before we receive your first payment. We also recommend money orders rather than personal checks so that you don't have to wait until the last check clears the bank before we can ship your order.

Layaway terms are as follows:


1/3 deposit when the order is placed.
1/3 due in 30 days.
1/3 due in 60 days.
Important Note: Only orders of $80.00 or more are eligible for layaway. There is a strict limit of 3 months (plus a 2 week grace period) to complete the payment of a layaway. After that time, if no other arrangements have been made, all money paid in and all merchandise held in layaway will be forfeited.

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS:

Please make sure your debit account has the necessary funds when you order. If your credit/debit account has insufficient funds, we will add a $3 handling fee for each time the order must be re-processed until it clears. A $25 returned check handling fee will be charged on all checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds.

SHIPPING

Shipments within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground Service or by US Postal Service. Please allow 3 business days to ship merchandise, then allow UPS 3-10 business days for delivery. We offer express shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us for information on these rates.

There is a minimum shipping charge of $2.50. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

For shipping to addresses in the continental United States only. We currently do NOT ship to addresses outside the continental U.S.

SHIPPING QUOTES ARE NOT PRECISE:

But experience has shown that they are rather accurate. A packing fee is included in shipping costs.

RETURNS:

We pride ourselves in offering you merchandise of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us for a return authorization number. Make sure you include the order number and the date it was received in that Email. We will then Email you back with a return authorization number to be put on the outside of the package near the shipping label. (All packages arriving without a return authorization number will be refused and returned to the sender.) Please return the item promptly in its original condition with all the accessories included (headbands, blankets, etc.), and we will refund or credit to your original method of payment, the price of the item and tax (excluding our 15% restocking fee). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping cost paid by the buyer on any returns. The item must be in our possession within 14 days from the date that you received it. We are sorry but there are no exceptions to this policy. The minimum restocking fee is $6.00.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders and administering our site. We do not share your private information with anyone for any reason.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SALES

Mommy and Me Treasures reserves the right to refuse the sale of any item.

SALES TAX

There will be no sales tax charged to any orders shipped outside the State of Texas. If you live in the State of Texas, you will be charged 6.25% Texas Sales Tax plus any local or county taxes. There are no exceptions.
